Alexis C. Bastedo, Attorney and Counselor at Law

As a former personal injury civil litigator and business owner, Alexis uses her skills and experience as an attorney to bring peace of mind through proper estate and tax planning.

Since 2007, Alexis handled a variety of legal matters, from multi-million dollar complex litigated cases, to civil lawsuits regarding dog bites, vehicle collisions, assault and battery, catastrophic injuries, sexual assault, and sexual harassment in the workplace. She supervised junior attorneys and trained paralegals to assist her team of attorneys. Her efforts resulted in more than $25 million in settlements and verdicts.

Through Southern California Institute, Alexis has educated other lawyers and professionals on a variety of subjects including elder law, revocable living trust planning, tax planning, trustee training, asset protection, irrevocable trusts, and other subjects.

Currently, Alexis takes pride in supervising the estate planning, trust settlement, and Family Counselor departments with Strazzeri Mancini LLP.  She helps affluent families get to the heart of highly relevant matters and resolve messes in the area of integrated tax and estate planning, business succession, and trust settlement.
