Jeff oversees the Legacy Real Estate Portfolio division at Gilezan Global (brokered by eXp Commercial & eXp Realty). Together with Stephanie Gilezan, they help families and business owners navigate complex commercial and residential real estate decisions and transactions – especially when the stakes involve legacy, succession, and long-term family outcomes. In addition to standard real estate purchases and sales, they specialize in legacy planning for multi-property portfolios, Trust and Probate sales, and optimizing real estate within business succession and exit planning. Supported by a deep network of specialists, Gilezan Global serves clients across commercial and residential property types in all 50 states and 24 countries.
With 12+ years in real estate – and a background in luxury hospitality and process-improvement consulting – Jeff brings a high-touch, detail-driven approach rooted in strategy and follow-through. His work is intentionally not transactional: every recommendation is designed to protect the family, reduce complexity, and honor the legacy behind the assets.
