POSITIONS
Mr. Banner currently serves as the President of Business & Family Transitions, LLC and the Vice President of Asset Preservation Strategies, Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and continues to be an expert resource in the financial services and business consulting industries. As a business owner and expert consultant, Mr. Banner has the experience, passion, and network of professional resources and advisors to help business owners and professionals build and maintain a strong presence in their industries.
Mr. Banner’s experience includes:
- Executive level leadership experience that centers upon human resource management, staff training and empowerment, creation and alignment of business goals and processes, and fostering healthy communication among staff, business owners, other collaborative advisors, and clients.
- Business valuation experience that assists business owners to make the best decisions for their business and ensure that their decisions are aligned with their goals and business objectives.
- Higher level consulting expertise to examine all facets of a business for strengths and opportunities. As a business owner, Mr. Banner has experienced the benefits and challenges of owning a business. His creativity and passion, coupled with hands-on experience, has benefitted many business owners and professional advisors. He can relate to the business owner who is working in their business and understands the key issues that they face. He then advocates for the business owner and builds a collaborative team to help the business owner work on their business, not just in their business.
- Banner has participated in several mergers and acquisitions, financial advisor transitions, training and professional development programs, and consults with vendor firms and his broker dealer to improve their products and processes.

COMMUNITY SERVICES
Mr. Banner volunteers his time by coaching youth soccer on an annual basis. Through his firm, he regularly supports various charitable organizations and donates his time to several charitable functions each year.
PERSONAL
Mr. Banner enjoys spending time with his family and lives by the motto “Live life to its fullest”. They enjoy camping, outdoor activities, and water sports. He is involved in his community as a youth soccer coach.
In his spare time, Mr. Banner loves photography and was a professional sports photographer with the National Football League (NFL) and many other organizations and publications for over 20 years.
