Experience

A respected teacher and lecturer, Christine serves as counsel to accountants, lawyers, financial planners, insurance professionals, charitable organizations and the public. Christine has spoken to groups at such varied locations as art galleries; public libraries; hotels, resorts; and at lawyer functions, such as bar association groups and continuing education events. She has been practicing law for more than 33 years.

Memberships

Christine is a charter member of WealthCounsel, a prestigious group of nationally recognized estate planning professionals. She is a member of STEP Orange County, and on the Board of Orange County Exit Planning Chapter.  In the past she was active in Orange County Estate Planning Council, President of Desert Estate Planning Council, past Board Member of Orange County Planned Giving Round Table, a member of the State Bar of California, the American and Orange County Bar Associations. Christine serves on Advisory Board to Chapman University Endowment Council.

Education

Ms. Weiner earned her B.A. degree from Washington State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude; and was inducted into Phi Betta Kappa; her M.A. degree from George Washington University and her J.D. degree from Western State University College of Law.  At Western State College of Law, Ms. Weiner Graduated Summa Cum Laude (No. 2 in her class); she served as Editor-in-Chief of Law Review; she participated in Moot Court Competition, and was Top Oralist in the California Traynor Moot Court Competition; she and her partner took second place in the competition.  Ms. Weiner also won numerous AmJur and CalJur awards at Western State University.

Current Professional Status

Ms. Weiner has been licensed with the California State Bar since June 1990.  She has been designated as a Certified Specialist in the field of Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.
